If you select to still pay postage over the post free level then the items will be sent 1st class signed for .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Do you ship internationally?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We do ship internationally, postage is calculated based on the region you live in.  There is no free postage to international addresses.  There are some areas we do not ship to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>When will I receive my delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We generally ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.\u00a0 All deliveries are sent tracked and signed postage and once dispatched you should expect your order within 3-5 days.\u00a0 This of course can increase during the Christmas period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Which payment methods do you accept?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Other Dimensions accepts Paypal and most major credit cards as a method of secure payment.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>I have changed my mind, can I return the item?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We are sorry if you have changed your mind, but you are very welcome to return the item, unused and in its original undamaged state (this includes its original packaging).\u00a0 You may return the item within 14 days of receipt and we will refund as soon as we receive the item back.\u00a0 Buyer returns items at their own cost..<br>Please note while we refund straight away depending on your payment processor your funds might not reach your account for several days, this is totally out of our hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>What is your security and privacy policy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Your privacy is very important to us. We do not store your payment details as all payments are performed securely via Paypal and external credit card processors.\u00a0 The only information we receive from you is used to confirm your order and for shipping purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>My question isn\u2019t answered here.
